Pharnext confirme son éligibilité au PEA-PME

Pharnext SA (Paris:ALPHA), société biopharmaceutique française qui développe un portefeuille avancé de produits dans le domaine des maladies neurodégénératives, confirme le renouvellement son éligibilité au PEA-PME (Plan d'Épargne en Actions destiné au financement des PME et ETI), conformément au décret d’application n° 2014-283 du 4 mars 2014 pris pour l’application de l’article 70 de la loi de finances n° 2013-1278 du 29 décembre 2013.

En conséquence, les actions Pharnext (FR00111911287 - ALPHA) peuvent continuer à être intégrées au sein des comptes PEA-PME qui, pour rappel, bénéficient des mêmes avantages fiscaux que le Plan Epargne en Action (PEA) traditionnel.

Pharnext - Potential licensing deals could add confidence
