The shareholders of Spineway are invited to attend the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on Friday, 16 August 2019 at 09H00 CET at the company’s registered office.
The notice of meeting setting forth the agenda and the text of the resolutions was published in France’s legal gazette (BALO) on 12 July 2019, newsletter number 83.
The convening notice of the meeting was published in France’s legal gazette (BALO) on 29 July 2019, newsletter number 90. The terms of participation and voting of this Shareholder’s Meeting are included in this notice.
