SLM Solutions Group AG appoints CFO

Lübeck, November 7, 2019 - SLM Solutions Group AG announces that the Supervisory Board has appointed Frank Hülsmann as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 01, 2020. Mr. Hülsmann's Management Board responsibility will be for finance/controlling, corporate finance, investor relations, general administration and legal/compliance.

With the appointment of an experienced finance manager, SLM Solutions' Management Board team is now complete. Mr. Hülsmann previously held senior finance positions within Lufthansa Group including, among others, as head of financial strategy, head of investor relations and for the past six years as CFO of Lufthansa's internal insurance and re-insurance subsidiary Delvag Versicherungs-AG. Frank Hülsmann began his career at Commerzbank.

Frank Hülsmann is 51 years of age and a German citizen.
