Personnel change in the Executive Board of SLM Solutions Group AG

Lübeck, May 15, 2019 - The Supervisory Board of SLM Solutions Group AG (the "Company") today unanimously resolved to relieve Dr. Axel Schulz of his duties as the Company's Chief Sales Officer with immediate effect and to dismiss him as a Member of the Company's Executive Board.

Until further notice, the Company's CEO, Mr. Meddah Hadjar, will take over responsibility for Dr. Schulz's former Executive Board responsibilities for the areas of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Service, 3D Metals and After-Sales. Mr. Hadjar has extensive leadership experience from his time at General Electric.

As of today, the Executive Board of SLM Solutions Group AG consists of Meddah Hadjar, CEO, Uwe Bögershausen, CFO, and Dr. Gereon W. Heinemann, CTO.
