Amedisys Closes on Massachusetts Personal Care Acquisition

BATON ROUGE, La., Oct. 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amedisys, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMED), America’s leading independent home health, hospice and personal care company, announced today that its subsidiary, Associated Home Care, closed on its acquisition of Bring Care Home, a personal care provider in northeastern Massachusetts.

Associated Home Care acquired substantially all assets of Bring Care Home.

Bring Care Home is a privately owned company providing personalized, one-on-one quality care to clients in the North Shore, Merrimack Valley and Greater Boston areas. The company provides personal care, companionship and skilled nursing to clients.
