„Amber Grid“ skelbia 2024 m. I pusmečio veiklos rezultatus, parengtus pagal Tarptautinius finansinės atskaitomybės standartus:

• 2024 m. I pusmečio pajamos 35,0 mln. Eur (2023 m. I pusmečio - 42,7 mln. Eur);

• 2024 m. I pusmečio grynasis pelnas 3,4 mln. Eur (2023 m. I pusmečio - 12,6 mln. Eur);

• 2024 m. I pusmečio EBITDA (pelnas iki mokesčių, palūkanų, nusidėvėjimo ir amortizacijos) 12,0 mln. Eur (2023 m. I pusmečio - 10,7 mln. Eur);

• Vidutinė paskutinių 12 mėnesių nuosavybės grąža (ROE) 2024 m. birželio 30 d. 2,4% (2023 m. birželio 30 d. - 11,4%).

„Amber Grid“ 2024 m. I pusmečio koreguoti finansiniai rodikliai:

• 2024 m. I pusmečio koreguotas grynasis pelnas 5,1 mln. Eur (2023 m. I pusmečio - 5,0 mln. Eur);

• 2024 m. I pusmečio koreguotas EBITDA (pelnas iki mokesčių, palūkanų, nusidėvėjimo ir amortizacijos) - 13,8 mln. Eur (2023 m. I pusmečio - 12,6 mln. Eur);

• Vidutinė paskutinių 12 mėnesių nuosavybės grąža (ROE) 2024 m. birželio 30 d. - 5,2% (2023 m. birželio 30 d. - 8,5%).

Reguliuojamų pajamų, sąnaudų ir pelningumo rodiklių perskaičiavimas atliekamas dėl laikinų reguliacinių nuokrypių nuo VERT patvirtinto reguliuojamo pelningumo. Apskaičiuojant koreguotus rodiklius įvertinama pajamų dėl praėjusių laikotarpių korekcija, kuri VERT sprendimu jau yra patvirtinta nustatant ataskaitinio periodo perdavimo paslaugų reguliuojamas kainas bei įvertinamas ataskaitinio periodo VERT patvirtinto (reguliuojamo) ir faktinio pelningumo nuokrypis, kuris bus įvertintas VERT nustatant perdavimo kainas ateinančiam periodui. Taip pat eliminuojami netipiniai (vienkartiniai) sandoriai.
