Correction: Annual Information of Amber Grid for 2018

Enclosed the Independent Auditor's Report for Amber Grid Annual Information for year 2018 announced on 23 of April, 2019. 

On 23th April, 2019 during the Ordinary General Meeting of „Amber Grid” Shareholders the Company’s audited Annual Financial Statements and Annual Report has been approved.

The audited financial results of Amber Grid for the year 2018 is the same as the results for the twelve months of 2018 that was announced on 14 February 2019.

• Amber Grid revenue for the year 2018 amounted to EUR 54.3 mln.

• EBITDA was EUR 24.6 mln.

• Net loss for the year 2018 amounted to EUR 21.6 mln. (The loss was caused by the revaluation of fixed assets at the end of the year).

The shareholders decided to pay EUR 5.2 million for dividends for year 2018 or EUR 0.029 per share.

The Company also prepared Social Responsibility Report for the year 2018 which is included in the annexes of the material event.
