Premstaetten, Austria and Munich, Germany (23 June 2023) --  (SIX: AMS), a global leader in optical solutions, announces that in today’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) all voting items on the agenda were approved with majorities of the votes cast ranging from 70% to 100%.

In accordance with the resolutions, Ms Yen Yen Tan was re-elected as a member of the Supervisory Board, while Mr Andreas Mattes was elected as a new member of the Supervisory Board.
