Access National Mortgage (“Access”), a division of Access National Bank, has added William “Bill” Lyons as Senior Loan Officer in its expanding Richmond market.

Lyons joins Access as a twenty-year veteran in the mortgage loan industry. He moved to Richmond shortly after graduating from LeMoyne College with a degree in business, where he began his career in medical industry sales.
In 1997, Lyons started his career in the mortgage industry as a loan officer with Prosperity Mortgage, working with Long & Foster Realty in the Henrico neighborhood of Innsbrook. Lyons received several President’s Club Awards for his service throughout his 13-year tenure with Prosperity.
Later, Lyons grew his career with First Market Bank’s mortgage division and remained with the organization through its acquisition by Union Bank.
