alstria signs new leases covering 4,490 square meters for its property Gasstrasse in Hamburg  

Hamburg, July 25, 2022
– alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of three new leases in Hamburg, representing a total area of 4,490 square meters.

alstria has signed all three new leases for its property Gasstrasse 18 in Hamburg. Combined unexpired lease term is 9.1 years and will generate an annual rental income of around EUR 885,000.  

Two leases representing 3,700 square meters were brokered by BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH. The third lease representing 790 square meters was brokered by Angermann Real Estate Advisory AG.
