Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation (NYSE: AP) today announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend of nine cents ($0.09) per share on the common stock of the Corporation. The dividend will be paid on October 28, 2016, to shareholders of record on October 14, 2016.
