Apranga Group interim information for 12 months of 2018

The unaudited consolidated profit before income tax of Apranga Group amounted to EUR 9.4 million for 12 months of 2018, while Apranga Group has made the profit of EUR 16.6 million in the same period of 2017 (the decrease by 43.1%). The unaudited consolidated profit before income tax of the Group amounted to EUR 4.1 million in Q4 2018, comparing to EUR 4.0 million in Q4 2017 (the increase by 3.6%).

The decrease in the results of 12 months 2018 was mainly influenced by a one-time sale of buildings, which took place in the third quarter 2017, with a positive influence on the year 2017 results of EUR 3.5 million. After the elimination of a one-time sale of buildings, the Group's 12 months 2018 profit before tax decreased by 27.9% from 13.1 to 9.4 million Euro.

EBITDA of Apranga Group reached EUR 15.8 million for twelve months 2018 and decreased by 31.5 percent comparing to corresponding the year 2017 period. Q4 2018 EBITDA was EUR 5.6 million, the increase by 1.2% compared to Q4 2017.

After the elimination of a one-time sale of buildings, the Group's EBITDA for 12 months 2018 decreased by 19.2% from 19.6 to 15.8 million Euro.
