(OTC PINK: APRU) (the “company”) today announces it has officially cancelled 14.7 billion shares that have been held by a major APRU third-party shareholder, based on an agreement that was made nearly two years ago. We are happy to report that this transaction has now been concluded. We also plan to cancel additional shares in the near future, which will allow us to effect a reduction in authorized shares, potentially increasing the value of the outstanding shares of our existing shareholders.
