AmeriGas Propane Increases Quarterly Distribution for the 13th Consecutive Year

Directors of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., general partner of AmeriGas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APU), have declared a quarterly partnership distribution of $0.95 per limited partnership unit, payable May 18, 2017 to unitholders of record May 10, 2017.

The annualized distribution will increase to $3.80 per limited partnership unit from the current $3.76 per unit. Jerry Sheridan, president and chief executive officer of AmeriGas, said, “We are pleased to mark our 13th consecutive year of increasing our distribution. This track record reflects our commitment to grow the business and generate reliable and sustainable returns for our investors over the long term, while maintaining healthy distribution coverage and leverage levels.”
