ARGAN informs the public that the 2024 Universal Registration Document, previously filed in French on Friday, February 21st, with the French financial markets authority (AMF) under number D.25-0054, is now available in its English translation.
This English version of the Universal Registration Document is thus available on the company's website () under the English heading of the Investor Relations space (Regulated Information then AMF Communication).
As previously indicated, copies of the Universal Registration Document in French are also available free of charge at the company's headquarters.
The Universal Registration Document includes the annual financial report, the Supervisory Board's report on corporate governance, the statutory auditors' reports and information on their fees.
