Appointment of CEO

 

Arricano announces that Mrs Ganna Chubotina, currently the Acting CEO of the Company, was yesterday appointed to the role of CEO on an ongoing basis. The Board will continue to comprise the four existing Directors.

Information concerning Mrs Chubotina is set out in Arricano's announcement dated 4 September 2019.

Commenting on the proposed changes, Urmas Somelar, Chairman of Arricano, said: 

"We are delighted to announce that Anna has accepted the role as Arricano's CEO on an ongoing basis.

Anna, who has worked with Arricano since March 2016, has over 17 years' experience in the field of commercial real estate, nine of which were at JLL Ukraine. She has performed very well as our acting CEO since 20 September 2019 and the Board believes that the company is in excellent hands moving forward."
