Archrock Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

HOUSTON, April 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC) (“Archrock”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.145 per share of common stock, or $0.58 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on May 18, 2020 to all stockholders of record on May 11, 2020.

The first quarter 2020 dividend to be paid in May 2020 is unchanged from the fourth quarter 2019 dividend and represents an increase of 10 percent over the first quarter 2019 dividend of $0.132 per share.
