In der am 06. Juni 2023 stattgefundenen 24. ordentlichen Hauptversammlung der Aktionär:innen von UNIQA Insurance Group AG (FN 92933 t, Handelsgericht Wien) wurde für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 die Ausschüttung einer Dividende von 55 Cent je dividendenberechtigter Stückaktie beschlossen.
 
Dividendenzahltag ist Montag, der 19. Juni 2023 (Valuta an depotführende Bank). Die Auszahlung der Dividende erfolgt durch Gutschrift der depotführenden Bank. Als Hauptzahlstelle fungiert die Raiffeisen Bank International AG. Auszahlungen über die Hauptzahlstelle erfolgen ausschließlich abzüglich 27,5 % Kapitalertragsteuer. 
 
Die Aktien von UNIQA Insurance Group AG (ISIN AT0000821103) werden ab Donnerstag, den 15. Juni 2023 ex Dividende 2022 an der Wiener Börse gehandelt. Nachweisstichtag ist Freitag, der 16. Juni 2023.
