Dėl restruktūrizuojamos AUGA group, AB restruktūrizavimo plano pateikimo termino pratęsimo

2025 m. gegužės 29 d. Restruktūrizuojama AUGA group, AB, juridinio asmens kodas 126264360 (toliau – Bendrovė) pateikė aktualią informaciją apie Bendrovės ir jos kontroliuojamų įmonių restruktūrizavimo procesus. Pranešime buvo pateikta informacija, kad Bendrovė neturėjo objektyvios galimybės parengti galutinio restruktūrizavimo plano iki numatyto termino (2025 m. gegužės 19 d.), todėl Bendrovė siekė, kad Bendrovės restruktūrizavimo plano tvirtinimo ir pateikimo teismui terminas būtų pratęstas Juridinių asmenų nemokumo įstatyme numatytam terminui – 6 mėn. nuo nutarties iškelti restruktūrizavimo bylą įsiteisėjimo dienos.

2025 m. birželio 12 d. Lietuvos apeliacinis teismas neskundžiama nutartimi pratęsė terminą pateikti Bendrovės restruktūrizavimo planą teismui tvirtinti iki 2025 m. liepos 19 d.

Bendrovės restruktūrizavimo planas kartu su jame numatytomis ekonominėmis, techninėmis, organizacinėmis ir kitomis priemones finansiniams sunkumams įveikti, bus pateiktas kreditoriams, akcininkams ir kitiems susiinteresuotiems asmenims teisės aktuose ir/arba Bendrovės restruktūrizavimo bylą nagrinėjančių teismų nustatyta tvarka ir terminais.
