Management comment:
Consolidated revenue of AUGA group, AB and its subsidiaries (hereinafter – the Group) for 6 months of 2018 were EUR 25.01 million and increased by 10% compared to the same period of 2017, when it was EUR 22.84 million. Revenue were higher in crop growing and mushroom growing segments.
Consolidated EBITDA of the Group for 6 months of 2018 after eliminating one-off transactions was EUR 4.10 million (for 6 months of 2017 – EUR 3.88 million). Consolidated net income of the Group for 6 months of 2018 was EUR 485 thousand (6 months of 2017 – EUR 487 thousand).
