Valdyba perrinko Kęstutį Juščių restruktūrizuojamos AUGA group, AB valdybos pirmininku ir išrinko naujus audito komiteto narius

2025 m. rugpjūčio 29 d. eiliniame visuotiniame akcininkų susirinkime dvejų metų kadencijai buvo išrinkta nauja AUGA group, RAB (toliau - Bendrovė) valdyba, kurią sudaro Peter Bryde, Andrej Cyba, Kęstutis Juščius, Linas Strėlis ir Aleksandras Šutovičius. Pirmajame naujos kadencijos posėdyje valdyba Bendrovės valdybos pirmininku perrinko Kęstutį Juščių ir išrinko naujus audito komiteto narius.

Valdyba į audito komitetą išrinko Bendrovės kreditorių deleguotus valdybos narius Andrej Cybą ir Aleksandrą Šutovičių bei akcininko Europos Rekonstrukcijos ir Plėtros Banko deleguotą valdybos narį Peter Bryde. Audito komiteto pirmininkas bus išrinktas pirmajame audito komiteto posėdyje.

Dvejų metų Bendrovės valdybos kadencija truks iki 2027 m. Bendrovės eilinio visuotinio akcininkų susirinkimo.
