Kodulahe naaberkrundi detailplaneering on kehtestatud

Tallinna Linnavalitsus kehtestas 05.02.2020 Arco Vara tütarfirmale Kodulahe II OÜ kuuluva, aadressil Paldiski mnt 74 asuva krundi detailplaneeringu. Ehituskrundi uueks aadressiks saab Lammi tn 4. Detailplaneering määras kinnistule ehitusõiguse ühe maa-aluse ja kuni nelja maapealse korrusega äripindadega korterelamu ja ühekorruselise paviljoni ehitamiseks. Ehitusõiguse hulka kuulub ka uue kergliiklus- ja sõidutee välja ehitamine. Kinnistu suurus on 9525 m2 ja lubatud brutoehitusmaht (GBA) on 11700 m2 maapealset ning 6000 m2 maa-alust pinda.
