Axalta Coating Systems (NYSE: AXTA), a leading global supplier of liquid and powder coatings, recently announced collaboration with the Tianjin Vehicle Maintenance Administrative Office to offer advanced, technical education on waterborne coating technology to more than 60 Tianjin automotive service companies. Technicians received training on the benefits of waterborne coatings and learned to improve their application skills using Cromax® Pro waterborne refinish products, Axalta’s premium refinish brand which is highly regarded for its sustainable attributes. Axalta’s participation contributes to the success of the “Tianjin Blue Sky project”, a local, government-led sustainable auto repair program.
