Openbaarmaking conform de Wet van 2 mei 2007

Conform artikelen 15 §1 en 18 §1 van de Wet van 2 mei 2007 op de openbaarmaking van belangrijke deelnemingen in emittenten waarvan aandelen zijn toegelaten tot de verhandeling op een gereglementeerde markt maakt NV Bekaert SA (“Bekaert”) volgende informatie bekend:

Totaal kapitaal:        € 159 782 000,00

Totaal aantal stemrechtverlenende effecten:        52 701 148 aandelen

Totaal aantal stemrechten (de noemer):        52 701 148

        (één stemrecht per aandeel)

Oorzaak van wijzigingen

Op 4 juni 2025 werden de 1 585 838 aandelen vernietigd die Kepler Cheuvreux van 22 november 2024 tot en met 28 mei 2025 namens Bekaert inkocht in het kader van het inkoop van eigen aandelen programma. Als gevolg van deze vernietiging is het totaal aantal aandelen verminderd van 54 286 986 naar 52 701 148.

Statutaire drempels

Krachtens artikel 12 van de statuten zijn de voorschriften van artikelen 6 tot 17 van de Wet niet enkel van toepassing op de wettelijke quota van 5% en van elk veelvoud van 5% doch ook op de quota van 3% en 7,50%.

Kennisgevingen

Kennisgevingen moeten zowel aan Bekaert als aan de FSMA overgemaakt worden. De FSMA beveelt overmaking langs elektronische weg aan op haar e-mailadres .
