Belships ASA : Proposed dividend of NOK 0.05 per share

As announced on 30 August 2019, the board of directors of Belships ASA (the "Company" or "Belships") has proposed that the Company distributes a dividend of NOK 0.05 per share. The board of directors' proposal is made on the basis of the Company's annual accounts for the financial year 2018.

The proposed dividend distribution will be on the agenda for the Company's upcoming extraordinary general meeting to be held on 25 September 2019. If resolved, the dividend will be distributed to the shareholders of the Company as of the date of the extraordinary general meeting (as registered in the VPS on 27 September 2019) and will be paid to said shareholders on 2 October 2019. The shares in the Company will be traded exclusive of the right to receive dividend from and including 26 September 2019.

The notice and agenda for the extraordinary general meeting will be published and sent to the Company's shareholders on 4 September 2019.
