POUR LA CESSION DE BOLLORÉ AFRICA LOGISTICS



Au terme des négociations exclusives annoncées le 20 décembre 2021 et suite aux avis favorables émis par chacune des instances représentatives du personnel consultées, le Groupe Bolloré a signé ce jour le contrat prévoyant la cession au Groupe MSC de 100 % de Bolloré Africa Logistics regroupant l’ensemble des activités de transport et logistique du Groupe Bolloré en Afrique, sur la base d’une valeur d’entreprise, nette des intérêts minoritaires, de 5,7 milliards d’euros.

La réalisation de cette cession, conditionnée à l’obtention d’autorisations réglementaires et des autorités de la concurrence compétentes ainsi qu’à l’accord de certaines des contreparties de Bolloré Africa Logistics, interviendrait d’ici la fin du premier trimestre 2023.

Le Groupe Bolloré conservera une présence importante en Afrique, notamment à travers Canal+ et poursuivra également ses développements sur ce continent dans de nombreux secteurs comme la communication, le divertissement, les télécoms et l’édition.
