The Warnock Agency, Inc. (“TWA”), part of General Indemnity Group, LLC (“GIG”), a subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation (NASDAQ: BOMN) has completed the acquisition of Freestate Bonds, Inc. (“Freestate”), of Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Established in 1991, Freestate Bonds has specialized in providing court and related surety bonds to Maryland and District of Columbia residents and attorneys for over 26 years.
With this acquisition, Freestate is able to expand its offerings of bond products, while still providing the excellent service its customers have enjoyed for the past quarter century. The business and its employees will remain in their current location, and continue to operate as Freestate Bonds, Inc.
