Food and Beverage Industry Veteran Jackie Woodward Joins Craft Brew Alliance Board of Directors

Craft Brew Alliance, Inc. (“CBA”) (Nasdaq: BREW), a leading craft brewing company, announced today that Jackie Woodward, Chief Marketing Officer of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, was elected to the company’s Board of Directors at CBA’s annual shareholders meeting held May 17, 2017. A food and beverage industry veteran with 30 years’ experience in media and marketing leadership, Ms. Woodward fills the vacancy created by the retirement of John D. Rogers from the CBA Board of Directors.

She joined Krispy Kreme from General Mills, Inc., where she served as Vice President of Global Media and Connections Platforms from September 2014 until June 2016. Before joining General Mills, Ms. Woodward worked at MillersCoors where she was Vice President of Marketing Connections. Prior to the merger that led to MillerCoors, Ms. Woodward was Vice President of Media and Marketing Services at Miller Brewing Company. Before joining Miller Brewing Company in April 2006, she held several positions at McDonald’s Corporation both domestically and globally, culminating in her role as Vice President of Global Marketing.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Woodward has received numerous marketing and advertising awards, including the Chicago Advertising Federation’s “Ad Woman of the Year,” Advertising Age’s “Media Maven,” and Brand Innovator’s Top 50 Brand Innovators.
