Borregaard’s Capital Markets Day (CMD) will take place today at Oslo Concert Hall, starting at 09:00 and ending at 12:30 CEST. The event can be followed via webcast (). The written material supporting the presentations is enclosed.

The CFO, Per Bjarne Lyngstad, will comment on financial performance and Borregaard being positioned for accelerated growth.

Borregaard ASA: EBITDA1 of NOK 522 million in the 2nd quarter Borregaard’s operating revenues increased to NOK 2,045 million (NOK 1,949 million)2 in the 2nd quarter of 2025.
