In accordance with the policies of the TSX, disinterested shareholders of the Company approved certain amendments to the Company’s existing facilities agreement (being Ordinary Resolution 10), including the payment of interest on a US$20 million term loan facility tranche (“Tranche F”) and the extension of the maturity date of the facilities agreement, other than Tranche F, from September 20, 2020 to March 20, 2022.
