Campine NV, recyclagebedrijf voor metalen en producent van gespecialiseerde chemicaliën, genoteerd op Euronext Brussels, heeft kennisgenomen van beweringen dat haar producten via derden aan Rusland zijn doorverkocht

Campine is toegewijd om te voldoen aan de toepasselijke wetgeving, waaronder sanctiewetgeving en wetgeving inzake exportcontrole.

Het bedrijf benadrukt dat het sinds maart 2022 geen verkopen meer doet aan Rusland en zich volledig inzet voor naleving van sanctiewetgeving en exportcontrole.

Campine neemt deze beschuldigingen zeer ernstig en werkt samen met externe juridische adviseurs om de situatie te onderzoeken, mogelijke versterking van de nalevingsmaatregelen te beoordelen en de volgende stappen te bepalen.
