Casa Systems Appoints Maurizio Nicolelli as Chief Financial Officer
ANDOVER, Mass., Dec. 10, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Casa Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CASA), a leading provider of converged broadband infrastructure technology solutions for mobile, cable and fixed networks, today announced that it has appointed Maurizio Nicolelli as its Chief Financial Officer, beginning in January 2019.

Before joining Casa Systems, Mr. Nicolelli served as Principal and Chief Financial Officer of FactSet Research Systems Inc. since October 2009. During his tenure as FactSet CFO, Mr. Nicolelli oversaw the company’s rapid growth and was instrumental to numerous operational initiatives and M&A projects, including the acquisition, day-to-day management, and eventual successful divesture of Market Metrics. Mr. Nicolelli joined FactSet and its finance group in 1996 as the Senior Accountant and served as its Chief Accountant from 1999 to 2001. From 2002-2009, he served as Comptroller and Vice President. Prior to joining FactSet, he was employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Mr. Nicolelli, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from Syracuse University and an MBA from St. John’s University.
