Meta Financial Group

Meta Financial Group is a unitary savings and loan holding company. Through its subsidiary, MetaBank (the Bank), the company accepts deposits and invests those funds in its National Lending and Community Banking loan and lease portfolios. The Bank occasionally contracts to sell loans to third party buyers. The Bank also sells and purchases loan participations from time to time to and from other financial institutions, as well as mortgage-backed securities and other investments permissible under applicable regulations. The Bank's divisions issue prepaid cards, design consumer credit products, sponsor automated teller machines, and provide tax refund-transfer services and other products and services.
