I henhold til Kapitalmarkedslovens § 38 stk. 1 har cBrain modtaget meddelelse om, at Felida Aps har formindsket sin beholdning af cBrain aktier med 715.745 styk aktier, således at Felida Aps nu ejer 508.363 styk aktier, svarende til 2,54 % af aktiekapitalen i cBrain A/S. Felida Aps ejede tidligere 6,12% af aktierne i cBrain.

De afhændende aktier, i alt 715.745 styk aktier, er afhændet til CTO Thomas Qvist. Thomas Qvist ejer fuldt ud Felida Aps.
