I henhold til Kapitalmarkedslovens §38 stk. 1 har cBrain modtaget meddelelse om, at Felida Aps har formindsket sin beholdning af cBrain aktier med 340.046 styk aktier, således at Felida Aps nu ejer 1.662.108 styk aktier, svarende til 8,31 % af aktiekapitalen i cBrain A/S. Felida Aps ejede tidligere 10,01% af aktierne i cBrain.

Aktierne er afhændet til cBrain, idet cBrain har øget sin egen beholdning af cBrain aktier med 340.046 styk aktier, samtidigt med at cBrain har afhændet sine anparter i Felida Aps.

Ovenstående betyder, at Felida Aps nu ejes 100% af Thomas Qvist, og at cBrains beholdning af egne er øget med det antal aktier, som cBrain tidligere ejede via Felida Aps.
