Boulogne-Billancourt, September 3, 2019

, a European expert in B2B process digitalization and digitized data flows, announces the acquisition of NetEDI Ltd, the leading UK provider of PEPPOL EDI order and invoice transactions for the NHS Supply Chain. NetEDI is renowned for its powerful NeTIX cloud-based accounting, ERP integration and digitization solutions platform that connects and automates vital business processes across all industries. With this acquisition, which follows that of both BSV and Ximantix earlier in 2019 (see April 1 and January 30 press releases), Cegedim e-business strengthens its capacity to support its clients internationally.

With this deal, , which is currently rolling out its comprehensive digitalization service , confirms its commitment to innovation, notably with the NeTIX platform providing a global PEPPOL solution.
