Multi-Year Agreement includes Naming Rights Within Churchill Downs Racetrack and Use of SAP Technology Solutions

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Feb. 08, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Churchill Downs Incorporated (Nasdaq: CHDN, “CDI,” or the “Company”) announced today a multi-year agreement naming SAP America, Inc. (NYSE: SAP, “SAP”) an official signature partner of Churchill Downs Racetrack (“Churchill Downs”). SAP, a global market leader in enterprise application software, will be the first official technology partner serving Churchill Downs Racetrack, the Kentucky Derby, and Kentucky Oaks. The partnership also includes naming rights for the SAP Starting Gate Suites, a tower of premium, exclusive suites, and designation as the presenting partner of the Kentucky Derby and Churchill Downs mobile applications.
