(NASDAQ:COWN) (collectively, “Cowen”), and Intrepid Partners, LLC (“Intrepid”), the advisory business of the energy-focused merchant bank Intrepid Financial Partners, LLC, today announced a strategic alliance to jointly provide comprehensive capital markets advisory and execution services to oil and gas companies and investors in the United States of America and Canada.
