Cowen Announces Additions to Capital Markets and the Appointment of Scott Hague as Head of Private Capital Solutions
NEW YORK, Jan. 07, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cowen Inc. (NASDAQ:COWN) (“Cowen” or the “Company”) today announced that Scott Hague has joined the firm’s Capital Markets Group, as Managing Director, Head of Private Capital Solutions. Previously at Stifel, Mr. Hague now leads the Private Capital Solutions Group, which is focused on delivering capital structure advice and private capital solutions to investment banking clients. He reports to Grant Miller, Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets.
Yasha Dyatlovitsky, Managing Director, and Dylan Piccolo, Director, have also joined the Private Capital Solutions Group and report to Mr. Hague. Mssrs. Dyatlovitsky and Piccolo were both previously Directors of Debt Capital Markets at Stifel.

Mr. Hague joins Cowen with more than 20 years of experience in debt capital markets and leveraged finance. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Hague served as Managing Director and Head of Debt Capital Markets for Stifel. In addition, he served on Stifel’s investment banking executive committee. Previously he spent eleven years in a variety of roles in investment banking with Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York and London and began his career at Citicorp Securities. Mr. Hague graduated from Colgate University where he currently serves as a member of the Alumni Corporation Board of Directors.
