Custodian is well positioned by asset class, including a high exposure to industrial and also retail park property. The REIT is forward-looking in its corporate outlook and has, for example, sought, but ultimately not consummated, a merger with another REIT earlier this year. Its typical asset is sub institutional size, enabling attractive acquisition costs. We look forward to hearing from Richard Shepherd-Cross, Fund Manager for the REIT and Managing Director of Custodian Capital.
