Presentation and Q&A with Management

In this edition of Hardman Talks we were joined by the senior management of Chesnara, an established Life and Pensions Consolidator in the UK and Europe. Watch it here: /5jottn7EAuQ

Chief Executive, Steve Murray, and Group Finance Director, David Rimmington, of Chesnara discuss the 2023 interim results and progress with analyst Dr Brian Moretta. We learn how Chesnara has delivered economic value and an increase in its dividend for the 19th consecutive year. Management also discusses the acquisition landscape and how it suits Chesnara.

In the Q&A, we dig further into that, looking at how recent acquisitions are progressing and a bit more about Chesnara’s preferences. We also find out more about cash generation and operational progression in some of the divisions.
