(NYSE-American: CTM) (“Castellum” or “CTM”), a cybersecurity, electronic warfare, and software engineering services company focused on the federal government, announces that it has fully eliminated its , strengthening the balance sheet and leaving no outstanding principal balance.

“With this paydown, part of which we were able to do from free cash flow generated in and part from our cash reserves, our long-term debt has been reduced to zero, and our current notes payable now stands at $400,000, an extraordinary shift from just one year ago.
