Cubic Announces Chief Financial Officer Transition Effective October 1, 2017

Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB) today announced that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) John “Jay” Thomas will transition to an executive advisor role focused on corporate growth initiatives, effective October 1, 2017 through his retirement on October 1, 2018. Upon Thomas’ transition, the position of CFO will be assumed by Anshooman Aga, who most recently served as the CFO for AECOM’s Design and Consulting Services business in the Americas. Aga will join Cubic on July 17, 2017 as Executive Vice President.

Thomas joined Cubic in 1980 and held various financial positions during his long career at the company and has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2013. He has been instrumental in helping grow and shape Cubic into the leading provider of defense systems and transportation solutions globally that it is today.
