"In today's evolving office market, our priority is building the right team to deliver exceptional service and client-focused solutions. I'm thrilled to welcome Stephen, Zach and Payton as we continue expanding our industry-leading investor services team," said Tyler Courtney, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield's Atlanta office.

Clifton, Wooten and Maxheimer will bring their expertise to the firm's established Atlanta Office Agency leasing platform. They will focus on serving landlord clients while working in close coordination with the firm's robust property management, capital markets and project management divisions to deliver comprehensive solutions. This strategic alignment positions the practice for significant growth as market opportunities emerge.

“This team’s addition strengthens our ability to provide seamless solutions across the investment lifecycle. Their expertise complements our long-established team, allowing us to offer institutional owners a truly comprehensive platform," added Samir Idris, who is an Executive Managing Director within the Southeast Capital Markets team and based in Atlanta.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Clifton, Wooten and Maxheimer worked together on the Agency Leasing team out of Transwestern’s Atlanta office. The team has worked with a diverse mix of clients that includes local operators as well as institutional groups and REITs.

"Cushman & Wakefield's robust platform and collaborative culture provide an exceptional opportunity to deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients. The firm's commitment to innovation and client service aligns perfectly with our approach to creating value in commercial real estate,” noted Clifton and Wooten.
