cyan AG successfully concludes virtual general meeting

Munich, July 3, 2020 - The Management Board and Supervisory Board of cyan AG received great approval from the shareholders at the virtual general meeting. All items on the agenda were approved with a large majority. A total of 64.43 percent of the registered share capital was represented.

In addition to the discharge of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board and the election of the auditor, the Annual General Meeting also approved the creation of new authorized capital and the corresponding amendment to the Articles of Association.

Furthermore, the Articles of Association were adapted to the second shareholders' rights directive (ARUG II). This directive regulates the participation or submission of voting rights during a virtual Annual General Meeting.

Michael Sieghart, CFO of cyan AG: "We are very satisfied with the results of this first virtual general meeting. The very high level of approval for all agenda items confirms that our strategy and the orientation of the company is strongly supported by our shareholders".
