DATAGROUP Appoints Additional Board Member
Pliezhausen, October 1, 2019. DATAGROUP SE (WKN A0JC8S) today announces that the Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Peter Schneck as a further member of the Management Board of DATAGROUP. Mr. Schneck will be responsible for mergers & acquisitions, investor relations and legal affairs. Mr. Schneck is not only an experienced manager at international level but has also been working very successfully in executive positions of German family-run businesses for many years. We look forward to continue on the successful path of expansion together with Peter Schneck", says Heinz Hilgert, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DATAGROUP. Peter Schneck studied law with a focus on international business law and also has an MBA degree. After his studies, he started working as a Managing Director at Scheidt & Bachmann, a globally leading provider of IT solutions for parking management, followed by a position as Managing Director at APCOA, the car park operator. Before joining DATAGROUP SE, Peter Schneck was CEO of the Trapeze group, a transport engineering company owned by Canadian-based Constellation. In addition to the operational management of Trapeze, Peter Schneck was responsible for an international portfolio of other companies as well as for the M&A activities.
