DATAGROUP Becomes Strategic IT Partner of Messe München

Pliezhausen, May 23, 2019. DATAGROUP has won the First Generation Outsourcing tender of Messe München GmbH (Munich Trade Fair) over a term of five years until 2024. The contract has a volume in the lower double-digit million euro range.

DATAGROUP will handle the predominant part of Messe München's operations of IT services on the basis of the CORBOX, the DATAGROUP service portfolio. The range of services covers the delivery and operations of the entire server infrastructure, the application management of the sophisticated IT environment and the complete end user service. Altogether, some 1,000 IT workplaces will be supported.

The teams of DATAGROUP and Messe München have already started the transition, which is expected to be concluded by the end of calendar year 2019. Thereafter DATAGROUP will support Messe München as a strategic IT provider.

Cyber security, digitization, Industry 4.0 - these trends are changing the working world and quickly set new standards.
