Danske Bank issues structured notes linked to the Markit iTraxx® Europe Series 30 index

On 12 December 2018, Danske Bank will issue EUR 6,861,000 Portfolio Credit Notes linked to the number of credit events in the Markit iTraxx® Europe Series 30 index. The notes are designated “DB Europa Investment Grade Trancheret 2024” (ISIN DK0030431937).

The notes are issued at a price of 100. The notes pay interest at 36,00 % at maturity of the notes, subject to the number of credit events in the index.

The notes are issued under Danske Bank’s EUR 5,000,000,000 Structured Note Programme dated 19 June 2018.

The notes will be issued on 12 December 2018 and will mature on 15 January 2024. The notes will be registered with VP Securities. Danske Bank will file an application for the notes to be listed on NASDAQ Copenhagen A/S from 12 December 2018.
