Nomination of Lutz Weiler (Frankfurt/Main) for the Administrative Board of RIB Software SE

Stuttgart, Germany, 15 January 2020. RIB Software SE, the world's leading provider of iTWO 4.0 Cloud Enterprise Platform Technology, today announced the upcoming changes in the composition of the company's Administrative Board.

Sandy Möser resigns from the Administrative Board of RIB at her own request. The Administrative Board of RIB will vote in favour of Lutz Weiler, Germany CEO of Pareto Securities AG, as successor to Ms Möser as an independent, non-executive member of the Board. This is, however, subject to the decision of the responsible registration court.

Lutz Weiler has more than 30 years of experience in the German and European financial sector and was the founder and CEO of Equinet Bank AG for more than 20 years. In 2011, Equinet Bank AG was involved in the IPO of RIB. Prior to that, Mr Weiler spent 12 years in a leading position in investment banking at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (DKB). Lutz Weiler received his degree in business administration (Dipl.-Kfm. -German equivalent of a master's degree) from the University of Mannheim in 1986 and gained extensive knowledge during his career, including in the areas of investment banking, investor relations and trading systems. All 5 non-executive members of the Board of RIB are therefore independent.
