DHT Holdings, Inc. announces an adjustment to the conversion price of its 4.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2021



HAMILTON, BERMUDA, May 18, 2020 – DHT Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:DHT) (the “Company”) announced that, in connection with the effect of the previously announced cash dividend of $0.35 per share of common stock to be paid on May 26, 2020 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 19, 2020, the conversion price (the “Conversion Price”) of the Company’s 4.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2021 (the “Notes”) was adjusted, effective May 18, 2020. The Conversion Price was adjusted from $5.6468 per share to $5.3470 per share, which represents a conversion rate of approximately 187.0208 shares of common stock per $1,000 principal amount of Notes.
